SHOCKINGLY RUDE AND DELAY IN REFUND

ALWAYS READ HELLO PETER BEFORE DEALING WITH A NEW COMPANY. I have requested a refund from JUST STEEL and this is what I was copied into by the owner, one Peter Lingwood, after receiving his abusive phone call. <br> <br> Dear Nadine<br> <br> Please get me the banking details of this client in order to do the refund.<br> <br> I have never spoken to anyone as illiterate or rude, the refund will be done on a non-urgent basis when I feel like it.<br> <br> Like my mother always said, good manners costs you nothing but gives you so much.<br> <br> Ignore all inquiries from this person, she will wait.<br> <br> Regards<br> Peter<br> <br> I tend to agree with Mr Lingwood's mother and find it amusing that I can be called illiterate, despite a couple of degrees?? Presumably, he is aware that withholding funds (and putting it in writing) is ******* and our company attorneys will have to deal with this idiot. There are enough warning signs all over this site as regards JUST STEEL. BE WARNED!!!<br> <br> <br>
