************ : REPORT TO NCC

Definitely ************. They no longer bother to reply to emails, their telephone numbers remain unanswered. Their main number ********** gets diverted to ********** which also remains answered. Their CT and Bloemfontein numbers do not exist. How can these people continue in business?? I want to take them to Small Claims Court but cannot find an address on which to serve my Letter of Demand. I have also completed the NCC form and submitted a complaint. The more people who can report them to the NCC the better.
