We were looking for a steel filing cabinet and found Just Steel (On Google) right on top. I searched for a cabinet and found exactly what we needed. I submitted my request online and a few minutes later the quote/Proforma was in my inbox and delivery was free within Gauteng. We submitted an EFT. When I tried to follow up online on my delivery the tracking feature was off-line due to maintenance. I then e-mailed my order and proof of payment to the suggested address. I still did not get any reply. I then tried to phone only to find and message saying the message box was full. I then realized something is fishy. I tried to find the address of the (Sharp Office (Pty) Ltd T/A Just Steel) and this cannot be found anywhere. The website looks very professional but be aware!! I still do not have my filing cabinet or any feedback. I will have to open a ***** case against them.
