Pathetic service

I ordered a filing cabinet off Just Steel's website, https://juststeel.co.za/ and paid for it on 19 October 2017, nearly two months ago. They gave me a tracking number but their tracking system has given the same message since I paid for the filing cabinet "This system is undergoing routine maintenance. Please email ********** to receive estimated delivery dates." I tried to phone them but their landline is too short, "Call Us: (011) ********** ". I then tried their "Live help", but, again, get the same message since 19 October, "Live help is offline....". Next I sent emails, without reply, until 16 November, when I found out that Just Steel is part of Shape Office, got their email addresses from their website, and copied them in on my email to Just Steel. Just steel rep****, for the first time, "We are currently waiting for the delivery schedule from our dispatch manager to confirm when your delivery will be done." Nothing after that, even though I sent reminders. Eventually, on 4 December I received a reply, "Please see the below email. We did respond to your email. Our dispatch has confirmed delivery will be done on Wednesday this week." I am still waiting for delivery.
