No Steel Cabinet, No Refund
<p>Placed an order for a steel cabinet on 23 August to be delivered at home and paid via EFT. On 30 August, I called to find out when delivery will happen only to be told that they cannot deliver to home address but to their depot in Cape Town and I would have to pick it up there. I requested for a full refund. Today it is 7 September, still no cabinet or refund.</p>

I have noticed that due to www.hellopeter.com’s policy I am unable to remove my previous comment posted about Just Steel. I therefore assume that comments made in error or haste are unfairly kept on the site creating an unfavorable impression of what I have come to realize is a legitimate business. The reasons for the delay in my order with just steel were as follows. I ordered a product in good faith and expected a delivery to an area that was not listed as a free delivery destination on the website. This, I was informed by the owner, resulted in Just Steel having to secure a courier charge that they did not send to me because it was actually more in cost that the product that I ordered. The process was delayed as Just Steel tried to find a better price. I was however offered the option to collect from their factory in Cape Town but am unable to do so. I wonder how many www.hellopeter.com complaints about just steel are still on www.hellopeter.com where the complainant has subsequently received the goods but has been unable to remove the comment or neglected to update the public.
