No response

Similar to other complaints against them, there simply is no feedback and no way of getting hold of them. It's been almost a month since I paid them for a quote, with absolutely zero feedback. Nothing.

Website tracking doesn't work and Live Help is always offline. Emails go unanswered and phones don't get picked up.

I have sent multiple mails and tried to phone multiple times. Lead times on delivery I can understand (especially because of the festive season), but not a single bit of feedback at all is unacceptable.

I have given them 7 days to respond or else I am opening a case of ***** against this company.
