No Delivery

I ordered 4 x 4 Draw Filing Cabinets on the 11th of Jan 2016. Fully paid for and just waited for delivery. Up until now no delivery. Trying to get through to them and they paying games, phone is engaged etc and when i do get through they tell me they still manufacturing it. I then requested for a refund, they asked me to send a email which i did. Now they giving me stories about they don't know whats happening, Finance Department don't have phones. Such a BIG company? Im taking it that i have been knocked. Peter Lingwood I'm coming for you!
