Lockers Paid for and no delivery!

I asked for a quote on a locker, on the quote form it asks what the delivery address is. On the site it says its free delivery to the listed areas on site, and the other areas may have a delivery fee or will have to be sent via courier. All of this I understood and am happy with. My area was not listed so I expected an extra charge. After I paid the quoted amount I recieved an email 3 or 4 days later saying they cant deliver to my area. After explaining to them what their own website states, I was told that they cant deliver to my area at all. Apparently not even the courier company can deliver to Ballito? now please can someone explain to me how this even makes sense??? A courier company delivers anywhere. I told them i want my money back, they said that they will keep a percentage of what i have paid? they have done ZERO with my order, what are they keeping the money for. the only reason i want the money back is because they cant deliver by any means?? I am very frustrated! they are very unprofessional , I recommend anyone who is thinking of using them, to use someone else!!! there is a reason they are so cheap
