Just Steel - Service? What service?

Order was placed and paid for on 5 February 2018. #JS ********** 451 To date nothing has been delivered. I follow up every week only to get the standard response, "we have not received the schedules" As a director of a company who is in the service industry, I must say that the service at Just Steel is totally shocking. My customers would have given me the boot a long time ago, if I gave them the same service that we are receiving.
