Just Steel - a refund ******* or wait it out strategy

I believe that they are a **** within the limits of the law. Their service was shocking and very *********. They follow a strategy for all their online orders where they try enforce the partial refund option through major delays and try make money that way. They ignore emails or requests for meetings. Their owner Peter Lingwood never comes back to you. It seems that Just Steel do not make their own products nor have their own factory (asked to meet them there - they declined), I think they are a “middle-man” with a fancy website and suspect they have a small warehouse and some trucks. Their products seem like they come from a company called Toolroom Services and in hindsight it would have been much faster, cheaper and better to go buy directly from them. Even their delivery guys are told to say nothing and keep quite. Anyway, we waited it out (nearly 12 weeks!), sent them a legal letter of demand and they finally they delivered. Beware!
