Ever tried to get hold of Just Steel in Jhb

We bought goods from Just steel via the internet, as u can not contact them by phone. On their website u can get a sales person to speak to you via teamviewer, but they are so slow, the website close before they can answer u. Al I want out of them is a Tax Invoice, but you can not get hold of them. Evenon their email addres: [Email Removed] you do not get any response. So what stand me to do?
