Do you still exist?

I've placed an order for a steel cupboard on 9 June and besides receiving the quote via email have received no further communication from Just Steel. I am now concerned - I can't reach the company on their landline. I can't track my order on the website (gives an error) and I can't use the Live Help on the website (no one is online). I've just sent an email which I'm somehow doubting I will get a reply to. How do I get my money back?
