6 weeks for delivery and waiting
<p>Ordered a stock standard steel shelf and paid. Got an email to say I needed to pay for delivery as well. I contacted them and queried this but paid it anyway and I was told told would take 3 weeks to manufacture. This was about right as I had bought the exact same shelf from them about 7 months prior. 6 weeks later I phoned them and was told it had been finished the day before and they were awaiting the delivery schedule. I am going to wait 3 days and see if this delivery happens.</p>
I wish to update my above review. Peter the, the owner of Just Steel took the time to phone me and made it quite clear that I was perhaps hasty in posting. As with most labour based companies, he is having huge staff problems - surprise, surprise. As a business owner I can empathise and my only wish is that his staff should inform people of the facts and not leave it up to the customers to draw conclusions from wishy washy information. As I mentioned I had previously had flawless service from this company and after my chat with the owner - I regrett the original review.
