I bought CCTV cameras, then I wanted to exchange them or request for refund. They said they don't do exchange, then I said I want to bring them back for refund, they said they'll come back to me on Monday, as it was Friday. On Monday I texted them, they said 'Sorry no refund' What kind of a seller or supplier who doesn't have the returns policy, they have think think first should we refund or not. They're like ****mers
