Swimming pool never completed

Julian was supposed to build a new pool at my house in August 2014. We paid seventy percent deposit, all he did was to dig for the pool. He came back in mid-November to pour concrete. He then demanded the remainder of the amount, which we fulishlly paid. He has since disappeared without trace. <br> <br> I have had to hire a different company to complete the pool. A very dishonest bunch of guuys: Julian, Craig and their partner. Lookout for these guys they are out to rip you off.
