Ordered and paid but no delivery

We placed an order for a office chair and made payment as requested. The online quotation said 48 hours after payment received will they ship the chair. This was all done on 10 June 2015, on the 13th we tried to track our order online but their system is \down". We emailed them but no reply. Also found that their online help system is also \""down\"". So in other words all their lines of communication are unavailable. Tried to call again this morning 22 June 2015 a lady answered and told me that their systems crashed and that she cant help me but would call back later. I can smell the BS from over here!"""
