Not how business should be done

So after not being able to get hold of this company, shortly after I posted my hello peter complaint Peter called me. I was told that hello peter is an ******ion site, and that this is defamation of character, and that he'd get R 100 000 out of me. Not to mention that he swore at me, called me a petty ***, a ****ing ****, and a ****ing *****. After which I received an email saying that he expects a letter from me committing to pay him R 100 000 if I do not remove the hello peter post and if I post about this and him again, also confirming that I will not receive my goods or my money back. <br> <br> Later, I receive a very calm phone call from Peter, trying to agree on a solution. \Great!\" I though. Until he tried to get me to agree to pay him a lump sum if I don't remove the post...well, hello peter posts cannot be removed, so correct me if I'm wrong, but I feel ******ed....<br> <br> I've agreed to apologise about my comment, post a positive comment that it is all resolved, and that I was wrong, however, it's now a week later - I do not have a chair, I don't have my money back, my reversal request with the bank has been declined and I'm receiving legal threats. <br> <br> THIS is NOT good business!!"
