Cancellation of Membership - Mission Impossible!

I have been attempting to cancel my membership for 12 months without any success. I have received no feedback or correspondences of any sort, and I am not able to contact the company on the email address of contact number provided on the website.

The membership was sold as an added benefit/loyalty programme with MiWay Insurance.
