Dishonest

I rented 6 evaporative coolers for my daughter's wedding and paid 100% upfront. A week before the wedding, which was over Easter Weekend, the weather changed to rainy, so I cancelled. Just Rent It had no costs, none! They would have delivered near Groblersdal, but did not have to. They would have paid double time for working on a long weekend, but they did not. When I asked for a partial refund, promises started and I even told them that I will settle for a 50% refund, since they did nothing. Well, today, more than 6 weeks later, nothing has happened.
