Unhappy customers

I was in the store with my boss on the 10 may 2021 buying stuff for our school. We were offered a loyalty card and the manager shaun was standing and talking on the phone . the cashier called him about three times and he ignored that she was dealing with a customer. Eventually after waiting over 10 minutes me and my boss also called for him.. He came didnt apologise for making us wait so long, he totally ignored us. We left very unhappy and we will not return to the store in springfield park again.
