Train your cashiers to have manners

I am disgusted with the service I received from your Springfield branch cashier named OWEN.....

he did not know what the hell he was doing today, he called about three people to cash up a fidget spinner which he cashed incorrectly the fist time .

the high light of my day was when he did not cash up a R4.90 plastic bottle by his own stupidity and then turned around and proceed to tell me to my face that I had slipped it into the packet and its my fault.

is this the service of your company, if so I am disgusted and appalled.

your shops standard will drop if you employ stupid people and your reputation will be tarnished.
