So disorganised, quick to take payment but no stock or refund.

What a mess! I ordered online, seemed simple enough until it came time for delivery. Money was deducted, with no communication from Just Plastics. I eventually called Just Plastics to find out the status of my delivery and was told that the items were collected the previous day at 4pm so they will be delivered tomorrow. Delivery day came and nothing! The following day I got a call from Just Plastics telling me that my delivery was on its way, the next day came and after calling both Fastway and Just Plastics, turns out, there was never any stock. I have no idea how a company operates like this. This was early last week. I am still awaiting my refund!
