JUST PLASTICS _ ETHICS

What a shameful experience, they took my order and money 17/10.... yesterday 24/10 oh we are loading, today - oh sorry because of the weather we did not load, today the Director - oh they are on route will be ther by 3pm.... now call to confirm . Director and sales dept have all left sorry. Besides the sales department - totally unethitical shouting at customer and blatant lies. What a shame they are a disgrace to deal with. What a shame as we need these good to go to our customer as promised.
