Horrible customer service

Just plastic umhlanga crescent has pathetic service with attitude.Bought a helium balloon worth R160.00 that burst in the store 1min after inflating it and got no refund or compansation what so ever.the cashier was so rude he didnt even think twice about compramising with any other alteŕnative.i would advise people never to support a store like that, that only want to make money of people and that pathetic level of service as that cashier.
