Do not buy from Just Plastics

I bought a cooler box from just plastics in April and a month later the handle snapped off. I went back to the store where I bought it but did not have the receipt anymore, but I had proof in the form of bank statement with date and time on it. The staff refused to help me and said they would not replace the item as the company that produces the product has closed down and that they wouldn't be able to send it back. This is unacceptable as I only had the cooler box for one month and it should really not have broken that quickly and if they sell a product In their stores they should endorse it. The staff was really unwilling to help or even look up any record of purchase. After a while what looked like the owners came up to me and insisted the cooler box looked mishandled and \used". I feel this as very unprofessional and disrespectful to clients. I would never buy anything from Just Plasitcs again. Bad products and bad service! """
