False advertising/no promises kept

I joined the Just Physical gym in Northriding on 20 Jan after having gone onto the website and seeing that they have various classes during the week, aerobics as well as spinning classes advertised with an instructors name and description of the class. They debited my account with the joining fee as well as a pro rata fee for the month. A week later I enquired about the spinning classes I was told that the gym did not offer spinning classes, even though the website says it does. False advertising if ever I saw it! I then said that I wanted to cancel the membership as I had joined specifically for the spinning. On Friday 30th January I signed the cancellation and the lady at the front desk spoke to Chris who said it was fine, and that my money would be refunded to me. It was already the end of the month it was too late to cancel the debit order so that new months membership was debited to my account as well. On Mon 2 Feb I phoned the gym and was told that Chris was busy but the lady would speak to him and ask him to do my refund. On the 10th Feb I once again phoned and once again Chris was busy but the lady would speak to him again. Just pay me my money back please!
