Not for the love of Animals
The fact that I never resort to Hello Peter to raise the subject of pitiful service, is a clear indicator of how shocking I found the lack of service, empathy and understanding I received from Justine.
Granted, I never read the tiny fine print at the bottom about the indemnity. Complete and utter failure on my part - how could I believe in the decency of people; animal people in particular. So yes, I paid the invoice within minutes if receiving it.
The constant extras that needed to be bought before being allowed to attend the classes became ridiculous and I opted to cancel. I then asked for private classes at home for both my dogs, instead of the puppy classes for 1. I was happy to pay more for this as well. But the only offer I was given was 9AM on a Tuesday. 9AM on what is a work day for most normal people. Failing that, the indemnity terms were flung in my face with an attitude that reveals the true nature behind the "compassionate animal *****, pet rescuer and animal behaviour practitioner" that you advertise everywhere on social media.
In hindsight, it's a large sum of money down the drain. Money I could rather have used towards something else for my furkids; like a Dogini ramp for the car. I really do hope that my suggestion was taken to heart and that the money I paid, for nothing, has been donated to a pet rescue organization or towards a family that cannot afford your services.
But then I guess when everything revolves around the money and you need to cling onto your "indemnity terms" to retain your cash flow, it also speaks volumes about your service.
