Disgusted

I am absolutely devastated and disgusted at the way my order was handled and especially at the way I was treated. I had been trying to contact Roxanne Munn for weeks, it seems she cant ever speak over the phone and I could only get hold of her via email. Firstly,as a medical professional I do not conduct business over whatsapp. I especially cannot accept the excuse that you are "too busy" to answer a call but are able to send messages over whatsapp!I had called several times,emailed and even smsed with no response. Secondly, my invoice was incorrect 3 times and I had to keep chasing after you to update. Lastly and worst of all even after I've booked and paid for goods, no delivery was made, you were uncontactable the entire day by any means and at 5pm on a Friday afternoon you tell me that you've made a mistake but then proceed to scream at me over the telephone and tell me that its not your fault without even so much as an apology!!!! I actually had 2 witnesses here with me while I was on the phone who heard you shouting at me while I sat there in shock and proceeded to hang up because of your sheer rudeness.The apology then comes over whatsapp some time later then 2 days later via email. Well it was far too late. It was my daughters first birthday party, what kind of a cruel monster could let someone,let alone a 1 year child down in the 11th hour like this?Will definitely never do business with you again, and hope others will learn from your unprofessionalism as well.
