GREAT SERVICE

I was very irate after speaking to the switchboard operator who could not give me a proper answer about my order. Just received a call from the owner who is personally working on my complaint. I was upset that she said that my order would take 7 days to deliver without checking properly first. I ordered two days ago so I can understand that my order is being processed, The owner has taken charge personally as he says that he values customer service. Good to know that there is still good service out there.
