Rude owner of Just Neon (neon lights company)

I called a company called Just Neon on ***. Their website is https://justneon.co.za/contact/, they produce neon lights/signage. Wow, I have never dealt with an owner of a business as rude as that gentleman. As we were speaking about what I wanted, he then asked me to send him the details of the job. I asked him if I can email what I want then he took offense to me wanting to send him my job spec on WhatsApp. I was taken aback not by what he was saying but by the manner in which he was telling me his process. The man is very rude. He made it clear to me that he does not need my business with his choice of words and attitude. I don't know how he continues to operate but I would strongly advise that you do not deal with Just Neon in the future. The owner is very rude. Firstly why does he have a cellphone number as his point of contact if he does not want people to WhatsApp him? I am so baffled by what I just experienced.
