Below poor service from Just Letting.

In general I am not a person to take out a company, however the level of service provided by Just Letting N1 City in Cape Town has to be mentioned. As a paying and supportive customer I received below average service from my agent as well as several other agents, including the branch manager. From pure lack of interest in my property to huge delays in replies, sometimes extending into months. Making complete errors in paperwork that is vital for the Landlord and tenants. Costing me thousands of rands a year for almost no service at all.

I have terminated my contract with them as I can run my place far more efficiently and cost effectively than this Real estate agency can.
