No Refund in This Day and Age

Joined Andile Siphesihle Mayisela signal group this Monday (09-July-2018) by paying R1500 for the monthly service. On Friday (13-July-2018 @12H06) I sent him a message to let him know that I would like to terminate the services and would like a refund as I wasn't making any profit from his services - along with my banking details. He responded within a couple of minutes and he's response in bold letters was that they offered no refunds. I advised him about the CPA laws as well as reminding him that there is a regulatory body in South Africa, he still refused.
