Worst service possible

Basically they couldn't have done things worse. Here a summary of all actions. 1. Billed twice by accident 2. Picked up 8 hours later than agreed and only after I phoned (voicemail) and mailed. 3. Asked clothes to be ironed, the clothes were not ironed and one of my blouses had clearly been washed way to hot and was ruined. Was billed for the ironing. 4. Deliverd 6 hours later than agreed and only after I phoned (voicemail) and mailed. 5. No reply to emails or phone calls other than ‘the laundry is on it’s way’ text message 6. No reply to my email summarizing their poor service.
