************* - No response to email, phone lines down, surprise bill, over 2 hours late for pick up and delivery

<p>All phone numbers (the number on the website and the driver's numbers) go straight to voicemail when you try to call them (apparantly their phone lines were "down" - even though it's different people's cellphone numbers), they ignore emails related to complaints or requests and only responded (hours later the next day) to my email asking when my clothes would be delivered back to me, my clothes arrived wet once they were returned to me, they arrived over 2 hours past their pick up and delivery times, the coupon code that they advertised for "R50 off for first time customers" was a lie - I was charged R235 for less than 5kg of laundry (not R125 like they advertised, they have hidden fees they add once you confirm payment and they also have not refunded the first time payment activation fee of R5 on my card that they charged me as a surprise too before taking the full amount they stated in their invoice.</p>
