Do not Use! My laundry held at ransom & i was sworn at by customer service!

As a first time user, I booked my laundry collection online, paid a premium for a collection between 6&7am and advised i would EFT the payment. The driver arrived late for the collection. I asked when i would get my clothes back and was told i would get it the following day between 11 and 12 noon. I advised that i would not be there to collect; would he get his office to give me a call to see what else was possible. I didn't hear from the office but got an invoice. I disputed the premium charge for the early collection and i then got a new invoice without the surcharge. I received a call from William as i was going into a meeting and asked if he would call back in a hour. He didnt. so later that night i emailed them and asked what was possible. I was told that the driver would call me with a booking time the following day. I advised them that payment was immediate as we had a common bank.

When yesterday I hadn't heard from the driver, i emailed them, no response. I then called the number that had called me previously to ask when i was getting my laundry only to be told that since i had selected EFT, that i would need to pay first before delivery. I said that is fine, i bank with fnb you will be paid immediately, tell me when my clothes were being delivered. I was then told that booking for delivery would only be made after i paid, which i think unfair since i have never interacted with this firm and have no idea how reliable they are. I found that they are not. After insisting that there was no other way to do this, that an eft payment at the time of delivery was unreasonable, i was told "you will get your ****ing laundry when you make payment! Futsek!" And their erstwhile customer service - hung up on me

i do not appreciate having my clothes held at ransom. I am very willing to pay for the service, but would like proof that this service has been rendered adequately first. is that unreasonable?

i then emailed them pointing out that ther invoice asks for payment before delivery and not booking will only be made after payment; and i expressed my horror at being spoken to like that. The email response is - with no apology expressed - ". I swore in frustration as you were disrespecting me & were not willing to listen but simply wanted things to go your way."

i didnt swear, i expressed my discomfort at dealing with a random stranger and making payment before i had visibility of my clothes. I expressed that todays technology allows for immediate electronic payment with proof of payment before i take over my clothes; and I am the one being disrespectful?

how do i establish when and in what condition i am getting my clothes back? they collected my clothes Thursday morning and are holding them hostage. I need resolution and fair treatment
