Termination of Contract

I relocated from the CBD Pretoria late 2013 and I couldn't access the JustGym facilities any longer and went to the branch to terminate my contract with them due to the relocations, they explained the procedure on how to go about the cancellation process, that I will be charged a termination fee and all and I was ok with that, since I had an outstanding even, I managed to pay that off by the front desk and they promised to send me an email address to send my letter of termination, but the agent did not know which address it was and suggested I come back when the supervisor is around to get the email address, I went back a couple of times without being assisted and I ended up not going to the branch anymore.<br> <br> Sadly I kept on being debited on monthly base even when I had requested to terminate the contract. My account ended up being handed over to SAYA recoveries to settle the alleged amount I owe the Gym, I made arrangements to pay it non the less and asked Mirriam Banda to send me the relevant email address to resend the letter of termination of Contract which she never sent then, made follow ups with her from may and she only sent it September after I called in fighting.
