"Planet Fitness(Just Gym) Springs cheating clients and rude staff."

I have been attending Plant Fitness(Just Gym) at Springs tagging every time. Usually I attend gym 3 times a week. To my surprise, my gym visits are not been transferred to Vitality account since the 23rd January 19. For the past 3 weeks, Springs gym access have been very slow or malfunctioning.

The staff keep on tagging the token as if everything is being saved but they are not reflecting on my Vitality. When the staff is asked, they are very rude that I should call centre. That's pathetic.
