Planet Fitness Springs - Dishonest *******!!!

I joined the Planet Fitness Justgym, Springs, a year ago and signed a contract which was charged at R99 for the first 3 months and was supposed to be charged R149, after that, for the duration of the 24 months contract. I noticed that my account was debited at R249 each month and various attempts to correct this have failed. I spoke to the staff at the club, which referred me to the call centre, which never gets answered. I have sent emails to the email address on the website, as well as the club and their settlements department and have had NO feedback. I have even complained on their Facebook page and no one has contacted me. This is very frustrating. I want to get the over payment sorted out and cancel my contract. This is the WORST service I have ever experienced!!!!
