Just Gym - You are terrible!!!!!

Just Gym, you take bad customer service to a whole new level!!!! I have sent numerous emails to your customer service email address, received a promising email in response, that i will be contacted within 72 hours. I am still waiting - a week and a half later! You are quick to remind us when payment is due, but what are we really paying for if this is the way we get treated!!!!! If anybody even considers joining this gym, please think carefully as they do not give a rats ass for their clients!!!!
