Just Gym the worst in the world

Last year I tried to join the just gym in Springs mall. During this application the level of un professionalism was out standing high, and I left without joining. I logged a complaint from where they contacted me and ask me to come in and they will rectify whatever has happened. Against my own will I returned on the 6th of January to try to re-apply I even went as far as phoning before hand that I am coming and confirmed the meeting time with the manager. When I arrival he was not available and I was handed of to someone else although we had a meeting scheduled. During the process of joining it took us almost an half an hour due to that every time someone else enters the office disturb the meeting ask for something to be printed and leaves and this whole pattern continues the whole time. I eventually could not join as I did not have my banking details with me, the following day I arrive with my banking details the same procedure followed it took us almost half and hour to get the banking details entered due to the disturbances again, I could not join as I did not bring along my wallet to pay for the joining fee which I was never told about. I do have a medical aid and I do get benefits from joining a gym through my medical aid and here is where the Just Gym is cheating the medical aids by saying if you would join through the medical aid then you have to pay a joining fee but if you do not use the medical aid there is no joining fee, which I think the medical Aids need to be made aware off. When I arrived the following day to go and gym there were no machines available to gym as there were classes given during the peak times plus during this peak period only one person at the reception to enter and long queues were waiting to be helped.

I will not advise anybody to go there the people attitudes is unprofessional and un helpful the worst experience in my whole life I have ask them to cancel my policy with immediate affect and this also seem to be of a problem due to the person dealing with this bad attitude STAY AWAY FRO THIS PLACE
