Just gym SUCKS

At the end of January 2019 i went to the vym to pay my membership via debit card. The guy swiped my card for R301. A few days later i received an sms stating i am in Arrears. I called the planet fitness call center and they told me i still owe then R47 and i made arrangements to pay that money at the end of February 2019.

The lady said they will debit my bank account on the 28th February for the R47 which is owed and on the 1st of march they will debit R310 for my membership. Which i agreed to.

They debited me on the 1st for an amount of R246. When i called the call center they say that was for arrears and that i still owe them R397 and on top of that is the amount of R310 for my membership. Why when i called the call center that useless thing didnt tell me that there is an bigger arrears amount outstanding?? Because this company is full with bull****ters and ***** and clearly dont give a damn about membership retainment.

I will be canceling this contract with this useless gym and my friends and family said they will not renew their contracts aswell. In total this greedy gym will be losing 36 members and i will continue to persuade people to not join this gym.

I dont want anyone to call or contact me because i have had endless hassles and too many stories from this **** company.

Im posting this so that people know what they are getting themselves into by joining this **** gym
