Just Gym *********** staff

My 19 year old daughter and her 18 year old friend went to join Just Gym in Centurion Mall on 21 February 2019. The contracts they were given was for students. However, they are not students. Both of them has finished school already. My daughter is permanently employed and her friend not. This information was given to the consultant the day they took out the contracts. A week or so later, when the gym realized their mistake, they phoned the children and told them to come in for new contract's. I absolutely refused for them to do it, cause this would mean that they would pay a higher fee. In the first place I was against them joining a gym. According to me, this contracts is not legally binding. Its been a week already and I can not get any response from the gym. I went to see the gym manager on 11 March, he told me he wil come back to me the following day. I wrote my contact details down in his dairy. Tuesday I phoned the manager, Gary, is not in. I left messages everyday I phoned. Then on Thursday one of the consultants gave me Gary's cell number. Needless to say, my call was not answered and no option to leave a message. On Friday I received an email from Gary, saying he is waiting for his manager's to reply. I rep**** to the email by saying it is unacceptable I am taking this to social media now. Still I have not heard anythig from anyone. And, I forgot to mention, you have only 5 days after signing the contrat to cancel the contract. According to me the contract should be nullified, as they told the children in the first place to come in for new contracts. What am I to do?
