Just Gym

I joined the gym at Newtown on 19/08/2020, Taylor assisted me and told me about special they have only on that day, he had a flyer of R279 for 24 months contract and R330 for 12 month contract, and he told me the debit order starts 01/10/2020, i dont pay for September, its free. Took out a 12 months contract, paid R125 for tag on that day. Never put my foot at the gym since i signed up.

On the 1/10/2020, my account was debited twice, R399 twice, they tried to debit thrice and third debit was unpaid which the bank also charged me R110 for unpaid debit order which was not suppose to be debited in the first place. I could not reserve these debit order cos FNB told me they are not reversing debit orders, i should go to Just Gym. Went to Newtown Just Gym, spoke to the manager, her name is Sazile, and to brush me off, she told me she will send the query and someone from call centre will call me.

I am so disgusted about the dishonest, the ****py customer service that goes on in that gym. Firstly i believe i was **** to about the price so i can join, because to my surprise the contract i asked for after i signed, there is no price on it, why? R330 has turned to be R399.

It has been 8 days since i complained and requested my contract to be cancelled with immediate effect and still nothing.

I will not let this slide
