Incorrect policy premium

Good day,

It is 3 months later and this is still not sorted.

I am a Sanlam reality member therefore I should be paying R65 for myself and R65 for my husband. This is the only reason I joined the gym. This is frustrating as R199 has been going off since March and now in June R279.

March R199 – R65 =R134 R65 April R199 – R65 =R134 R65 May R199 – R65 =R134 R65 June R279 – R65= R214 R65

Asif was dealing with this and last week when I asked for him, I was told he was no longer employed at Planet Fitness. I really need this sorted and I would like a refund for the excess amounts that were paid since March which totals to R614.
