Planet Fitness, Just Gym Springs is ***********. Since 14 November 2017 I have been struggling with the gym sales manager Bruce Cameron to change my contract to enable me to get my vitality points and discount. Around the 20th of December 2016 I was enquiring agian, and again several times in January 2018 Up to date they have not responded to me. Charging me the normal fee and losing all my vitality points. I emailed him all the information and still I am told he is waiting for the regional supervisor to respond. So maybe he or she is just as ***********. TONIGHT Bruce 2nd in charge even told me that i had to pay R50 for my tag for reactivation of the contract which Bruce have been insisting that we will pay R100. What alot of bull. Is this how you do business???
