I want my refund

Last month I missed a debit order which I then paid by EFT the very next day. month end of November I got debited for December and November which is the amount i EFT.

I have emailed and called the contact centre for a refund of the amount they debited to no avail. I ended up calling the Meadowdale branch to get assistance and the lady said I need to come in so that they can call them from their side as it is easier to get through to accounts when you contact them from a branch. I mean what ******* is that? That means I need to drive 30km to a branch in order to get through to someone - that is just utter nonsense.

I demand my refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
