gym theft

me and my wife have cancelled our gym contracts in may this year 2018 and up to now they are still debiting my bank account my wife called them to find out wats going on and they rep**** that they did not receive our email i am disgusted that such a popular gym can steel money from people for so long and get away with it . we asked them if they will refund us the money and they said they will get someone to contact us and they never did i am so angry i am going to the ombatsman now i hope they will be able to help us .
