False advertising

<p>I join just Gym Hammanskraal in August 2016 and when i joined i made it very clear that the reason i am join is that i get to earn Multiply poits and get rewarded for being choosing to leav healthy . And teh colsultant who signed me SIphiwe promised that he will assist with that process , Weeks passed and i sent sent an email to the manager who never biothered to follow up I then wet to the gym and nobody seened to know what i was on about and then one day one of the consultants promised that she would print me the form to convert which i am still waiting for to date . Over the weeked i went back to Siphiwe m, bear in mind he was one of the people who gave me the run around about converting , once again he came up with the systen is down store and forms were no where to be found , i got irritated and seeing that i was not getting anywhere with them and left me there unattended and then i tried to speak to a Pertunia Mokobele who also dismissed and chese to attand a white guy that was standing behind who could clearly see that i was still awaiting service . ( She told me to Sphiwe who was also notinterrested i what i was saying ar did not take my query seriously ) . I then asked both of them to terminate my contract which was clealy not benefiting me , they then gave me another excuse and this time was they had to do it via call center and it not open on saturday . I again left a clear instration to be called back , as i type i am still waiting for that call and in te meantime I am being debited for the memebership that is not benefiting me and</p>
