Dishonesty

I was recruited by Ryan to join the Just gym in December 2015 and he told me that there was no joining fee for December as it was on special and I will be paying R199 starting in January 2016. I then filled a form on the 28 of December but it was incomplete because I had to pay R100 for my access card and I never paid the R100. I only signed my contract on the 29/12/2015 and paid the R100 for my access card. Surprisingly I was debited R299 without my approval or any explanation. When I went to ask about it they said It was pro rata and that was not discussed with me. I then decided to cancel the contract, because I was not happy with the service on the 05/01/2016 because it was still with the 5 working days. I called the call centre and spoke to Zanele who assisted me to request a refund, she confirmed with me that the refund will be processed because It was still within the 5 working days according to the contract. When I called this morning their call centre and spoke to Koketse said my contract was not cancelled as requested and I don't qualify for a refund of R399 that I paid to Just gym. <br> <br> Kindly assist me to cancel the contract and getting my refund back.
