Disgusting Service from Planet Fitness Just Gym Bellville

I have recently moved from Durban back to Cape Town and thought I would contact Just Gym on their contact centre to move my membership.

Unfortunately the contact centre was closed and I decided I was going to contact the branch directly where I was moving my membership to.

Nobody was able to assist me there and I was advised that only the contact centre would be able to move my membership (fair enough).

I then ask the operator if they would allow me to train at their club today until I get my membership moved and he advises me that it is not possible. I am a paying member of Planet Fitness (Just Gym) and they deny me access to a certain branch (club) because the transfer has not occurred. What a disgusting show of customer service.

You would expect better service from a Club who is in Competition with the likes of Virgin Active.
